Full Day Corcovado & Sugar Loaf Tour + Barbecue lunch (8h)

Today we will get to experience an entire day to get to know the third largest city in South America - Rio de Janeiro. We will first drive to the famous Corcovado Mountain. From there, We will take a train to the top of the mountain and take a photo with the towering Jesus statue.  Then we will drive to one of the symbols of Rio - Sugar Loaf Mountain, take a spacious bubble cable car to reach the peak that overlooks the panoramic view of Rio 360°.

Optional Excursion: Botanical Garden Tour (4h)

Founded in 1808, the Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro is one of the most important global research centers in the botanic area and in the conservation of biodiversity. Huge trees decked with orchids contrasting with giant water lilies, bromeliads and tropical foliage make that place a favorite hideaway for nature lovers or for just whoever is seeking peace and tranquility. The Botanic Garden also houses monuments of historical, artistic and archaeological significance, right at the foot of Corcovado Mountain.

Special Note: The Botanical Garden of Rio de Janeiro will be closed on Wednesday.

Optional Excursion: Historical City Tour with Lunch (4h)

This walking tour visits important sites for the history of Rio. It starts at the Cinelândia square with many sites such as the National Library, the Parliament, the National Museum of Fine Arts and the Municipal Theatre (construction inspired by the French L’Ópera), followed by the XV square with the Imperial Palace (formerly house of governors and the Brazilian Imperial family), Tiradentes Palace and churches. Continuing the visit, guests pass by two important cultural centers, the Banco do Brasil Cultural Center and the France-Brazil House, and then arrive at the neoclassical Candelária church. The construction of the church started in 1609 and ended more than two centuries later, in 1811. By the end of the visit, in the charming and narrow downtown streets, a stop at the traditional Colombo Café for refreshments, before returning to the hotel.

Option 1: Rio Scenarium (dinner & evening) 

Rio Scenarium located at Lapa district is an antique gallery by day transformed into a classic old style Rio dance hall at night. Here you'll find a festive mix of Brazilians and foreigners enjoying the traditional samba and a variety of other Brazilian beats It is, without question, the most original bar in town and you will feel like an extra on a movie set The bar is jammed with bizarre and amazing artefacts and some spectacular pieces of furniture of the 70 s. Dance Hall with open bar during 3 hours - including soft drinks, beer, caipirinha.

【Arrival Information】
Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG): Free pick-up time on the first day of your tour:  12:00, 18:00, 21:00. This time is the time for the guests to meet with our staff after picking up their luggage at the baggage claim area of the airline they are taking.
【Departure Information】
Rio de Janeiro International Airport (GIG): Our staff only provides drop-off service from the hotel at 8:00 in the morning.  If the guest has an early flight and needs to leave the hotel before 8 o'clock to the airport, the guide can help the guest take a taxi.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation made within:

  • 0 - 09 Days Prior to Departure Date - Non-refundable
  • 10 - 16 Days Prior to Departure Date - 50% of total purchase amount can be refunded
  • 17 or More Days - 90% of total purchase amount can be refunded
Please Note:
• Additional hotel bookings before or after the tour as well as other services are subject to hotel cancellation policy to determine if a refund is possible.
• If the guest quit during the trip or fails to participate in any itinerary due to personal reasons (no travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fare will not be refunded, and no other services will be compensated.

Special Notes

    • A minimum of 2 passengers is required for this tour to operate. Your reservation will be placed on hold until the tour meets the minimum number of required passengers.
    • Customer under 18 years old MUST be accompanied by at least one adult. In consideration of the guest safety, pregnant women are only allowed to join the tour if pregnant for 24 weeks or less by the end of the trip.
    • Please be sure to provide accurate and complete information upon booking. This includes name, gender, valid documents (passport, visa etc.), valid contact information (preferably a mobile phone), accurate flight information, tour location, etc., This helps to avoid any errors upon the reservation because errors affect travel. Any losses due to inaccurate or invalid information will be at your own cost and the company will not be held responsible.
    • Hotels have different room types, such as a King/Queen size beds or two double size twin beds. The maximum number of people who can legally stay in a room is 2 to 4 people. In addition, each hotel has a different method of charging the deposit, which requires the cooperation of the guests according to regulations. Please be noticed that most of the deposit collection and refund is handled by credit card. We guarantee the number of rooms for guests but does not guarantee the specific room type and location. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.
    • This tour does not accept any City Pass or your own tickets for any of the attractions. Tour attraction admission charges and meal expenses are subject to change at any time without notification. Any purchased ticket cannot be refunded for lower prices.
    • We have the right to make appropriate adjustments to the itinerary under the conditions of facilitating the operation for the tour group. This, however, will not reduce the items that should be included in the itinerary.
    • During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to appropriately adjust the tour sequence, stay time or assembly time of scenic spots according to the weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
    • If the scenic spots are temporarily closed or closed on a particular holiday, etc., the tour guide will adjust the appearance according to the actual situation or replace the location with another scenic spot to ensure the richness of the itinerary. The opening hours and capacity limits of certain attractions and national parks will be subject to change from time to time due to the COVID-19 pandemic. When the operating hours and capacity restrictions have an impact on the itinerary, it shall be regarded as force majeure. Thank you for your understanding.
    • Children under the age of 8 require a booster seat in order to participate in the tour group. The local operator provides the rental service for $10.00/person/day. Please make a request when booking the itinerary so that we may have the booster seat ready in advance. Please understand that the violations and fines are borne by the guests themselves. There is no need for a booster seat for bus travel on the day of travel, and the fee can be refunded to the guest.
    • Normal health conditions are required to participate and enjoy our full itineraries. Contact us for specific policies or information regarding passengers with disabilities who do need to provide advance notification to make a reservation. The local operator does not guarantee a wheelchair lift-equipped bus and/or seating availability to disabled passengers without prior notification and approval.
    • We may alter these terms and conditions from time to time and post the new version on our website. It is your responsibility to check the Terms and Conditions on our website regularly and prior to making a reservation. Unless specifically stated otherwise herein or required by law, we shall not be liable for any consequential, compensatory, indirect, incidental or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the performance of its obligations under these terms and conditions.
    • The maximal waiting time for any late passengers is 10 minutes beyond the meeting time announced by the Tour Guide. While the local operator makes every effort to provide on-time service, it does not guarantee to arrive at or depart from any point.as a specific time, which may be affected by any number of factors including weather, traffic, strikes, government shutdowns, war or terrorist attacks, or mechanical prob- lems. We are not liable for any inconvenience or expense caused as a result of such a delay, not liable for the expense of connecting air or train or bus service missed as a result of a delay and not liable for any other travel expense caused as a result of a dela.
    • We reserve the right, when operating conditions require, transferring passengers from one vehicle to another en route.
    • The following documents are recommended to make your check-in process smooth: A valid photo ID is required to board the bus; We recommend you bring a copy of the email confirmation to board the bus.
    • This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group, please inform in advance, and obtain the consent of the tour guide. You need to sign the departure agreement form and the unfinished part will be regarded as your own abandonment. The group fee will not be refunded.
    • Gift items in the itinerary that cannot be given away due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather conditions or personal reasons may be subject to change. Please understand that the fees will not be refunded.
    • Smoking is prohibited aboard the bus in accordance with the law.
    • Pets and animals are not allowed on the vehicle.
    • Only for products with airport pick-up service: only one pick-up service within the free pick-up time range is provided for each order. If it is impossible to arrange due to weather and flight delay, etc., please pay for your own transportation costs.
  • Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
  • The time we mentioned in the itinerary is for reference only. Please refer to your guide on tour for the actual arrangement. The visiting order and duration might be changed according to actual and practical situation for better service.
  • This tour/activity is overseen by a select local operator in the region. Upon booking your tour or activity and after receiving confirmation, you will be issued an e-ticket detailing the local operator's name and contact information. If you require assistance finding a specific tour, please contact us for more information.
  • Warm reminder when entering South American countries: Valid documents (US green card/Canadian visa/Schengen visa, etc.) with an extension stamp cannot enter the country. Customs only recognizes the validity date printed on the document, and does not recognize additional stamps. (Please refer to official documents for entry policy)
  • As some hotels require, customers must bring at least one credit card or debit card that can be used at the destination, to cooperate with card swiping for deposit and check-in procedures according to the different regulations of the hotel. If there is no personal consumption, the hotel will refund the deposit to your card within 7-14 working days after check-out.

    2. Within one to two business days of submitting your reservation you will receive a status update email from us. If you need to book an airline ticket, we recommend that you do so after you receive a confirmation of your tour reservation from us.
    3. An E-Ticket will be sent to you via email as soon as details of your reservation are confirmed or your supporting information is received by us. We will provide you with all detailed information about your tour on the E-Ticket. Contact information for local tour provider will be included on E-Ticket for your convenience or re-confirmation purpose if re-confirmation is required.
    4. Simply print your E-Ticket and present it with your valid photo ID on the day of your activity to your tour guide. Please remember E-Ticket is your proof of purchase.
