Upon arrival at Cancun International Airport, the pickup driver (English-speaking) will be waiting outside the terminal to welcome you and transfer you to the hotel. We provide free English airport pickup service all day (excluding a driver tip of $3 per person per trip, to be paid separately to the driver). According to the flight arrival time, we will group together passengers arriving around the same time and transport them to the hotel. You may need to wait briefly at the airport.

- * Most hotels in Cancun allow check-in after 3:00 PM. If you arrive early, you can coordinate with the front desk to store your luggage and enjoy the all-inclusive hotel facilities first.

Xel-Há park is a place to flow with nature. Snorkel freely in a river surrounded by mangroves, whose waters mix with the cove's and flow into the Caribbean Sea. Watch different species of land and sea animals while enjoying fun activities for all ages. From any point of Xel-Há, you can admire astounding landscapes of the jungle, crystal-clear waters, and receive the sun. Atop the Scenic Lighthouse at 131 ft (40m) tall, you can admire 360° views of nature in all its splendor, to then descend on a waterslide that ends in a natural pool.
Upon arrival, your guide will escort you through the park with an orientation. Then, on your own, you will have time to swim, walk by jungle paths, relax in a lounge chair, or snorkel as much as you want. Also, throughout your visit, you can enjoy buffet restaurants serving Mexican and international food, plus a domestic open bar that includes unlimited alcoholic and soft drinks.
Xel-Há is a park for all ages that awakens the sense of feeling heaven closer to you.

- 32 days and more prior to departure, $110 USD/person will be charged
- 17-31 days prior to departure, 70% of total purchase amount will be refunded
- 10-16 days prior to departure, 20% of total purchase amount will be refunded
- 9 days and less prior to departure, no refund - Changes can be made once up to 15 days before departure, subject to availability.
- No refunds or changes are allowed during peak seasons such as Christmas and New Year (dates vary annually, to be announced).
- Cancun hotel regulations allow a maximum of four adults or three adults and one child per room, or two adults and two children.
- For Seadust Cancun hotel:
- Standard Suite Double accommodates up to 4 guests (3 adults + 1 child or 2 adults + 2 children)
- Standard Suite King accommodates up to 3 guests (3 adults or 2 adults + 1 child)
- Children aged 12 and up are considered adults; children aged 3-11 are charged a child's rate; children aged 0-2 stay free, but guide service fees apply to children and infants.
- Child rates are only available for the third or fourth person sharing a room.
- Minors (under 18 years old) must be accompanied by an adult over 18 years old to stay together. - Note: Children aged 0-2 are defined as 0 to 2 years and 11 months; children aged 3-11 are defined as 3 to 11 years and 11 months.
- The itinerary may be changed due to weather or other reasons, and the specific itinerary is subject to the tour guide arrangement on the day.
- Depending on your arrival time, your hotel room may not be available until the afternoon. Most hotels allow check-in between 1:00pm-3:00pm, however some charge a fee for early check-in. Please check at the hotel desk to see if you may store your luggage at the hotel if you wish to explore the city on your own before check-in.
