The whole experience from the start to the end

We had a bit of trouble with the first leg of this trip as they did not recognize your company. We got to go on the excursion but they had to give us a new confirmation number to use for the rest of our experience. Lack of directions for any of the excursions were not provided by the selling agent. As a result we had to fend for ourselves. No times for the tours were on the tickets which created confusion for each excursion. Prices at the Gondola a..nd Icefields restaurants seemed overpriced. Read full review

Pessimo. Siamo andati fino al lago Maligne, ma non abbiamo potuto fare la crociera. I biglietti non sono stati accettati e ci hanno mandato via. Perdita di tempo enorme. Siamo dovuti tornare a Banff e accontentarci della crociera sul lago M..innewanka, unica possibilità, altro che scelta!!!! Grande presa in giro per tutti coloro che che acquistano il pacchetto. Peraltro i due laghi non hanno paragone. Il lago Maligne è spettacolare. Peccato. Di sicuro Tours4fun ha perso dei clienti. Read full review
