Hi, regarding my recent 2 Days Martha's Vineyard tour I would like to point out the following comments:
1. There was a confrontation between two drivers during a stopover. Because of this were stranded for more than an hour but the tour gu..ide did not inform of us anything until we got another rescue bus an hour and a half later. It would have been better if she could have told the passengers what was going on and what was being done at least every half an hour rather than keep the passengers guessing. There was no AC running inside the bus so we had to wait outside.
2. We were charged $18 for the lunch. The restaurant owner told us that buffet lunch is only $13 per person. Why were we charged $5 per person in excess? This was a self-service buffet so I do not agree it to be a gratuity. The practice of raising the lunch money in advance should be discontinued because there was no rush at the restaurant. The same practice of taking the excess money for buffet lunch was done during my earlier Las Vegas tour too. Please explain.
Rest was all fine.Read full review

My gf and I had a wonderful time doing the 2-day Boston/Cambridge tour. Lovely scenery of the campuses and Breakers Mansion and the Duck Tour was exciting.
Chloe our tour guide was very nice and friendly. Can't wait for my next tour.
MOST OF THE TRIP, Chinese speaking with minimal English translation. poor choices of food. limited time on self exploring, or breaks. Sits are assigned on the bus. be prepared to pay: $132 CASH!!! on the bus for food and tourist attract..ions, also $20 per day per person CASH for bus driver and for tour guide. NOT OPTIONAL!!! YOU will be approached on the bus on day 1 as soon as you are taking off to the "pleasurable tour". NOT AT ALL!!!!!!Read full review

Nice tour to cover all major attractions in a short time span.
Just be aware that even though the basic cost is low, be prepared to spend $ 80-100 for entry fees etc.
Special shout out to tour guide Rebecca took extra effort to ensu..re comfortable and joyful time for everyone. She actively shared many interesting facts about places in both English and Chinese languages. Rebecca also politely and skillfully handeled all passengers concerns.
Bus quality can be improved. But I guess you can't ask for more in the amount you pay.Read full review
Zoe was a very nice, helpful, and overwhelmingly friendly tour guide. She shared a lot of interesting information about the different places that even the local-destination tour guide did not mention. I felt really welcomed and happy duri..ng this though short but absolutely wonderful tour!Read full review
The cost: at first it seems to be cheap knowing its only $108/pax + $10/day for the tour guide fee. The tour guide is not guiding the tour. He’s guiding the people to be in their seat and make sure everyone is on board. He sets time of bo..arding and got mad at other nationalities for being 4 minutes late, but didnt say nothing to those chinese people being 25 minutes late. He doesnt reimburse our money for the unised service. We decided to pay for the extra $102 for harvard & yale tour, boston harbor cruise and the lobster dinner during the 1st day. The next day it was raining so I asked him if we can just cancel the harbor cruise, he said he cant reimburse coz he already bought the tickets for the cruise. But that was the time we didnt even get to the port yet. Overall, im unhappy with the service. We dont mind paying if we had a great time. We didnt get what we paid for.Read full review
My Family and I had very good time. I enjoyed the Duck Tour the World War II Style in Boston because was incredible seeing fast mobile traveling in land and on the water
We enjoyed the tour very much. The tour guide Chloe gave us a detailed overview of itinerary in the beginning. We were given enough time to visit each location. The bus was punctual both in pick up and drop off.
It's a great experience and I will surely try to do another one in the summer. For one it's convenient that we don't have to drive and look for places to see, although of course we would love to explore a little bit longer than the schedule..d time allotted but we understand the time limitations. Hotel accommodation is okay a little bit far from downtown Boston, and it offered no free breakfast.Read full review
