The north shore community of Haleiwa located in the island of Oahu is known for its small boat harbor and its Haleiwa Beach Park. The town is known to be an old plantation center resulting from the reservation of historical buildings. Haleiwa is often considered an old town; the entrance is marked by the historic Rainbow Bridge over the Anahulu River.
