This review is for my tour to Waterton out of 7 days tour package to Banff and other places of interest. Waterton is a very scenic place and worth visiting The guide cum driver Mr. Michael was a nice and very cooperative person to us. .. His English pronunciation are good and clear . We did our first 7-day trip and we had a wonderful 7 days. The entire trip was well organized. The itinerary was well planned and the accommodations were great. All of the tour guides (Michael, Simon and Kelvin) and drivers were respons..ible and enthusiastic. On the day we were supposed to visit Columbia Icefield, it stormed really hard and washed the road away. As a result, we were initially supposed to be in the bus for the entire day. But Simon and the driver were able to solve the issue and as a result we were able to do all that we had planned for that day, and we are so grateful. We spent a great time at Banff all thanks to our tour guide. Our guide Lisa was very kind and friendly, super helpful and warm hearted. I truly recommend this service.
