The guide was very knowledgeable about Zurich and its history. After the bus tour, we walked through an older part of the city and then made our way to the boat (public transportation). The ticket for the boat was included in the tour. Also.. included was the tour of the Lindt chocolate factory. We didn't get to see the factory working, but they have a test kitchen on display (no one in there while we were there). The "History of Chocolate and its cultivation" was surprisingly interesting. This was an excellent tour, hitting the key points of Zurich by bus, boat and foot. We were age 15 to 85, and everyone enjoyed it. If you're short on time, perfect. If you have lots of time, it then gives you an opportunity to come back to ..the areas you enjoyed most later that day or the next. Read full review

This trip was a pleasant surprise! The bus was comfortable and relaxing, the boat ride was beautiful, and the Lindt Chocolates was so much fun!! Highly recommend.
